What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards (except Amex), debit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, MB Way, and cash.

Can I cancel my experience?
Yes, you can. Please see the cancellation details below:
A 25% deposit of the total value is required to confirm your booking.
You may cancel your reservation up to 30 days before the scheduled experience without any penalty.
After this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
If the cancellation is made within 15 days of the experience date, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
For cancellations made within 7 days, the full amount of the experience will be charged.
Is it possible to purchase gift vouchers?
Yes, we can provide personalized gift vouchers to be used at a later date.

In case of bad weather, are the experiences canceled?
Our experiences take place rain or shine.
We believe that neither rain nor wind should hinder your curiosity or your desire to enjoy the gastronomy, culture, and landscapes of the Douro Valley.
However, we ask that you keep an eye on the weather forecast and dress accordingly. In case of rain, tastings will be held in indoor venues, and the boat ride will take place on a covered vessel.

All of our vehicles are Mercedes-Benz models, accommodating from 1 to 19 passengers.
We offer luxury, executive, and unbranded vehicles, equipped with still and sparkling water, crackers, cereal bars, dried fruits, and free Wi-Fi on board for your comfort.
Is there a specific pick-up and drop-off location?
No, the pick-up and drop-off locations can always be coordinated at the time of booking.
